I used to think if I just worked twice as hard, I'd finally be seen. But after a decade in tech consulting, watching peers get promoted while I stayed stuck, I realized something crucial: working harder isn't enough when the systems aren't built for you.
That moment of clarity changed everything. I found my voice, advocated for myself, and eventually built something better: a coaching and consulting practice dedicated to helping professionals like you stop shrinking and start shining – without compromising who you are.
With 17+ years in technology and leadership, certifications in culturally competent coaching and DEI, and a deep understanding of what it takes to thrive in environments where you’ve been historically underrepresented or overlooked. I bring both lived experience and professional expertise to every coaching relationship.
I believe in creating courageous spaces for people who’ve been historically underrepresented to rediscover their power, align their careers with their passions, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose. Through inclusive collaboration, deep listening, and actionable support, I help others see what's possible, and take steps to get there.
When I'm not coaching amazing professionals toward their next level, you might find me volunteering for a non-profit, enjoying time with family, planning my next travel adventure, or organizing spaces (yes, I find it relaxing!) I bring my whole self to this work, and I invite you to do the same.
